What care is recommended for labels that are used on items that must be cleaned frequently, such as beverage or food containers? I am looking for something specific; how can I find it quickly on your site? There are so many typestyle selections! How do I choose? Will my label look exactly like the one I see on the website? May I pay with a check or money order instead of online? Are there price breaks for ordering multiple pages of the same design with the same text? How much do you charge for shipping and handling? When can I expect to receive my order? How can I check on the status of my order? What care is recommended for labels that are used on items that must be cleaned frequently, such as beverage or food containers? Our vinyl waterproof labels are dishwasher and microwave resistant. They work best on a normal dishwash and dry setting. High-temperature wash and dry might cause ink to fade. Hand-washing is recommended to preserve the life of the label. I am looking for something specific; how can I find it quickly on your site? We are pleased to provide you with a new Search feature for your convenience, so you can easily and quickly find what you are looking for without having to browse through all of the designs that we offer. Just type what you want to find in the Search box at the top of any of the Shop pages, and then click Search. You can search for your favorite colors or color combinations, shapes or patterns, or things (for example: purple, red white and blue, pink and brown; diamonds, circles, stripes, polka dots, argyle; sports, baseball, soccer; animals, frogs, horses; flowers, daisies, etc.) Try it, it's easy! My son loves elephants (for example) and I don't see one on your website, can you custom design labels, bag tags or gift stickers just for him? Yes, of course! We will be happy to design custom labels for you featuring your company logo, school mascot, or whatever image you would like to use. There are more images that are not yet on the website that Mommy Labels may have or may be able to create for you. You can also attach a jpeg image that we can use on your labels, bag tags or gift stickers. We will provide you with a proof of your custom label design (free of charge) via email for your approval prior to printing. If you need a different size label than offered on our site, let us know. We can most likely get those for you! We are also happy to create other items for you using any of the designs shown in our Shop (i.e., using a design shown in the Standard Vinyl Waterproof Labels section on a Bag Tag). Finally, we are able to create custom address labels for you or your children at your request. Please contact us for more information about custom labels or to place your order. There are so many typestyle selections! How do I choose? We want you to have the choice so you can find the style that best reflects you or your child's personality. Some typestyles just work better with a particular design. If you don't choose a typestyle when ordering, the typestyle shown in the example will be used. If you absolutely cannot decide on a typestyle, please contact us. We can email you a proof of the design with your typestyle selection free of charge. I like the typestyle shown in the example of the label on the site, but I am not sure what typestyle that is. What happens if I don't specify the typestyle? If no typestyle is specified, labels will be printed using typestyle shown in example. Will my label look exactly like the one I see on the website? Not always exactly. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor due to your particular viewing settings and equipment. Formatting changes may need to be made to accommodate a longer name. For example, a longer name may be placed on two lines instead of one to allow for a larger, more legible typestyle size. Sometimes the typestyle selected by the customer does not work as well with a particular design, so the typestyle size and formatting will need to be a little different. If you would like a proof to be sent before finalizing your order, that can be provided free of charge. Just email us through the contact us link to inquire about a proof. We assume the labels that have the same last name will be going to the same family, so we package all items according to the last name. So, the Smith family may have ordered standard vinyls, mini vinyls and gift stickers. These will all be placed in one cello bag with a ribbon matching the design of the item on top. If you can't find some of your labels, please check the bag as they should all be in there! Of course, if you want your labels packaged in a different way, please note this in the "message to seller" section during checkout. We will be happy to accommodate your wishes! We can also put a small gift card on an order and mail it directly to the gift recipient if you wish. Just contact us and let us know! May I pay with a check or money order instead of online? Of course you may! Just contact us to let us know the details of your order and to tell us you will be mailing a check or money order (made out to "Mommy Labels") to P.O. Box 22455, Houston, TX 77227-2455. Once your check clears, your order will be processed and shipped. This will obviously take longer to process than online orders, so please be aware of that when you order. Are there price breaks for ordering multiple pages of the same design with the same text? Yes! Please contact us to place your order and receive the special pricing. How much do you charge for shipping and handling? We ship all orders except those for iron-on labels via USPS Priority Mail with delivery tracking service. Shipping and handling is charged based on the total dollar amount of your order, as follows:
The cost of shipping and handling is included in the price of our iron-on labels, which are sent via USPS First Class Mail. When can I expect to receive my order? Please allow 2-3 days for processing, printing and packaging your order and an additional 2-3 days for it to be delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Mommy Labels will email you informing you when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your order within 5 business days after your order has been shipped, please contact us right away so we may investigate the matter. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible for holiday gifts or holiday gift stickers, as there may be a longer than normal wait time during the holiday season. However, we will work to get your order to you on time no matter when you order! Back to school time may also make for a longer waiting period, so do keep that in mind in the month or so before school starts! How can I check on the status of my order? You can email us any time through the contact us link to inquire about your order. Given the personalization on our products, returns are not possible. However, if there are ANY problems with your order, please contact us to let us know. Please check your order carefully before you place it. We will print the name EXACTLY as you have entered it (this includes capitalization and punctuation). If we have made an error, we will correct it and ship the order to you immediately at no extra cost to you, of course.
